Our story begins in Ithaca.
Upscale Remodeling has been serving our Ithaca community for more than 30 years, but our roots in the area go back centuries. The ancestors of our founder, Steve Nash, settled the Ellis Hollow/Snyder Hill area in the early 1800s and built some of the region’s first homes.
Steve learned building by working with his father and grandfather from the age of nine. More importantly, he learned to never compromise and never cut corners. These values still guide us to this day, ensuring that every project is not merely a job but a testament to our commitment to excellence.

Growing up in Ithaca and coming from a long line of builders, craftsmanship is in my DNA. Dating back to the 1700s, my family has constructed homes in the Ithaca area that have stood the test of time—homes that are still standing today.
