You could say Steve Nash Jr. has remodeling in his blood, as he was born into the business, with both his father and grandfather being skilled carpenters with well-respected reputations. Growing up surrounded by their expertise, Steve learned the importance of customer service and delivering quality work. He started contributing to the family business at a young age and later, during high school attended the local vocational school to further refine his carpentry skills, graduating at the top of his class. After graduating, he went on to SUNY Delhi for Construction Technology before founding Upscale Remodeling in 1991.
Steve’s education in construction and remodeling never stopped, and he remains at the forefront of building and design principles. With a lifetime of experience, Steve considers remodeling to be not just a job but a genuine passion.
Apart from “building dreams” for others, Steve enjoys activities like hunting, fishing, gardening, and maintaining his property on his John Deere tractor. He also has a soft spot for baked goods, although he humorously requests that staff resist the urge to bring them into the office, as to not temp him. So far, he hasn’t won that battle.
Caesar comes to Upscale Remodeling with an impressive 16 years of remodeling experience. He thrives on guiding projects from inception to completion and loves the “before” to “after” reveal. Beyond his passion for innovative remodeling, Caesar finds joy in quality family time with his wife and four daughters.
When he’s not working on home transformations at work, Caesar can be found tinkering around his farmhouse, attending to his chickens, and actively participating in his church community. Caesar showcases his culinary skills through a love for grilling. We’re eager to put his cooking skills to the test!
Born and raised in Upstate New York, Keith learned the value of hard-work and craftsmanship while working in his family flooring business. Even at a young age, Keith always loved learning all facets of carpentry and woodworking. Outside of work, Keith enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and most importantly, spending time with family and his young daughter.

Dylan, a Long Island, NY, native, pursued carpentry at BOCES during high school before furthering his education at SUNY Delhi with a focus on Carpentry and Masonry. Joining Upscale Remodeling in 2020, Dylan has proven to be a valuable asset to our team. Known for his ever-present smile and passion for hands-on work, Dylan is a people person who takes pleasure in assisting clients in realizing their visions. Outside of work, he spends his free time with his wife and young son. Dylan also engages in activities like hiking and fishing, so keep an eye out for his award-winning smile when hiking local area trails.

Rich joined the Upscale Remodeling Team in 2005 and has been a member of the remodeling trade for more than 32 years. He has gained extensive experience in all aspects of the remodeling process, with one of his specialties being cabinet-making and millwork. Rich is a natural leader who lives by the motto “measure twice, cut once.” Formerly a Senior Lead Carpenter with Upscale Remodeling, Rich brings his passion for quality and craftsmanship to his role as Project Manager. Outside of the office, Rich enjoys gardening, restoring vintage automobiles, hunting, fishing, making beer, and all things food!
Christie became a part of the Upscale Remodeling team in 2018 and has consistently stayed at the forefront of the latest trends in kitchen and bath design by actively participating in meetings and conferences across the country. Holding a BFA in Interior Design with a minor in Studio Art, Christie has become highly regarded for her design approach, earning the admiration of clients.
Her primary goal is to help clients bring their design dreams to life, and she is dedicated to interpreting and realizing those visions. Christie, along with her husband, shares their home with their “kids” – dogs Nola and Dexter, and cats Pocket and Oliver. Beyond her passion for design, Christie finds joy in spending quality time with her family, caring for animals, staying active through workouts, exploring new places through travel, and showcasing her baking skills. It’s not uncommon for her delightful desserts to make their way into the Upscale office, bringing joy to all who indulge.
Scott joined the Upscale Remodeling Team in 2011 as a Lead Carpenter. In September of 2018, he moved into a new role as Production Manager, and recently into his current role as our Estimator. His 23+ years of remodeling experience and time spent completing projects for Upscale combined with his uncanny attention-to-detail make him uniquely qualified for the job. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, bicycling, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with his wife Cecilia, his two daughters Nicole and Danielle, and his grandson Bentley.
Greg has been a part of the remodeling industry since 2017 and joined Upscale in 2019. With an extensive and diverse professional background, Greg brings a keen insight to every project, enabling him to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and foster long-standing relationships with them. Beyond the office, Greg is a skilled woodworker, specializing in crafting large furniture pieces and intricate smaller items. He values family time, attending his kids’ school sporting events. Additionally, Greg enjoys playing a good round of golf but admits that the coveted hole-in-one still eludes him.
Abby, a former project manager in commercial construction with a strong background in business and marketing, excels in multitasking within dynamic environments while efficiently managing priorities—a skill she humorously refers to as “herding cats.” Abby takes joy in collaborating with her URC colleagues and eagerly anticipates her future endeavors with the company. She appreciates the “food forward” work environment, regularly indulging in delicious meals with her coworkers. Outside of work, she dedicates her free time to volunteering with Camp Gregory, a nonprofit summer program situated on Cayuga Lake.
Jo has been crunching numbers in the construction world for over 35 years! As Financial Manager, she ensures everything runs like a well-oiled machine. From budgets to balance sheets, she’s got it covered. A critical asset to the team, Jo believes in working collectively with fellow employees, and she continuously strives to build rapport and camaraderie at Upscale Remodeling. Jo believes her work “isn’t just a job—it’s where I get to build dreams alongside an awesome crew.” When not wrangling numbers, Jo is likely to be doing volunteer work in the community.
