Picture this: A house brimming with possibilities yet craving a touch of modern magic and spatial reconfiguration. The original home setup included just one full second floor bath, a crowded basement and an underutilized attic space and stairs, but oh, the potential was boundless!

Phase One: Expanding Horizons. We delved into the depths, bringing a dream to life – a brand-new, full bathroom was added to the underutilized, dimly lit basement space, creating a bright and luxurious retreat right below your feet!

Phase Two: Turning the old into new, we remodeled the original second floor bathroom to have a streamlined look, with ease of maintenance in mind. With a wall mounted toilet and vanity, these raised fixtures make bathroom upkeep a breeze. For a sense of European luxury, a towel warmer was added, ensuring our clients stay warm and cozy throughout the year. To ensure a sleek and practical vanity space, we converted two small sinks into one larger more functional sink, creating additional surface area on the countertop.

Phase Three: Reaching new heights . . . up, up, and away! The third story, once an attic filled with forgotten treasures, now stands tall as a radiant office and bedroom. An elevated space designed for both work and relaxation!

Stairway to Organization: But we didn’t stop there. Every nook and cranny received a touch of organizational brilliance. Storage details in every space transformed the house into a haven of functionality and order.
