This is the tale of a home that yearned for transformation – a place where functionality lacked luster, and dreams of the perfect forever home awaited realization.

This home needed purpose, but the layout, along with a kitchen veiled in darkness and dated decor resulted in a space that was impractical and unwelcoming. Our clients requested an open space with beautiful wood details that would be ideal for entertaining friends and family. Additionally, they requested a combined study and TV room. We were up for the challenge and developed a plan that was sure to breathe new life into their home.

The kitchen was lacking charm and modern amenities, so we installed custom red cedar cabinets, maximized drawer space and added a towering wall of cabinets for abundant storage. A pocket door seamlessly connects the kitchen and mudroom, creating a harmonious flow between spaces. An outdated cooktop was upgraded to a gas fireplace that brings warmth and charm to the space. By enclosing an unused porch, we created a cozy study and TV area. Converting the piano room into a walk-in pantry we maximized space and storage. With new lighting installations, prep spaces are illuminated, and artwork is properly showcased.
