In this post, I’ll explain what you need to know and how you can make sure that you’re protected when hiring a remodeling firm.

Many homeowners ask if a contractor is licensed, bonded, and insured, and then take “yes” at face value. Given the time and money you invest in a remodel, that simple “yes” doesn’t offer enough security for you or your family.
