Upscale Remodeling transformed every aspect of this lakeside retreat in Aurora, turning it into a stunning and functional weekend getaway for our clients.

Originally, the home consisted of a single-story with a basement. We completely renovated the entire first floor, including removing a wall from the main living area to open up the space and provide breathtaking views of Cayuga Lake. Additionally, we enhanced the unfinished basement by opening up an exterior wall and installing windows to bring in natural light. We also converted this space into a fully functional living area with a full bathroom.

In a remarkable addition to the property, we constructed an entire second floor, incorporating two sleeping areas, an additional bathroom, and ample storage space. This transformed the entire aesthetic and functionality of the home.
